CollegeCommunityCareer (CCC) provides a college success program to under resourced high school students and their families in the Greater Houston area to break the barriers that prevent students from being able to attain their bachelor's degree. CollegeCommunityCareer begins working with 10th graders and continues to mentor/work with these students until they graduate with a bachelor’s degree. CollegeCommunityCareer fosters a college-going culture with low income, first-generation high school students and families to create and build equity in education.
