The Houston Housing Collaborative (HHC) was launched in May 2016 with a focus on the development and adoption of a Comprehensive Housing Plan for Houston and Harris County. Officially a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization in 2024, HHC is the region’s leading convener for systems-level housing solutions. We do not develop homes; we develop the plans and partnerships that make them possible. Through policy development, advocacy, and strategic planning, we address the root causes of Houston’s housing affordability crisis. Our coalition is composed of Houston’s most trusted housing organizations, united by a shared commitment to elevate equity, coordinate systems, and ensure no community is left behind.
